More Jersey Shore Money Drama

MTV has created another monster. A money-sucking 15-minutes-of-fame monster.

The guidos and guidettes from Jersey are causing a few MTV executives to sprout gray hair. Today, TMZ.com reported the cast of the massively popular show want more money per episode and (so far) refuse to back down.

Right now, Snooki, The Situation and the rest (who’s names I refuse to google) earn a paltry $5, 000 a week to fist pump and litter the beaches of Jersey. Not enough, they say. MTV upped the price to $10, 000 a show, but the cast stubbornly refuse to sign unless they get as much cash as humanly possible.

Not to be played for the fool, sources from MTV say they already have a replacement cast in mind if the current prove more trouble then they’re worth.
