Take that Brad and Angelina!

Co-stars (and rumored lov-ahs) Jennifer Aniston and Gerard Butler get tangled on the cover of April’s W magazine.

On the surface this is promotion for the March 19th premiere of The Bounty Hunter. Dig a hairnail deeper (the elephant in the room) and you’ll notice this is the same publication and photographer who shot Brad and Angelina with a fictional child army back in 2005. Before, you know, the actual child army. It was was a prophetic shoot, indeed.

Not that it matters. Butler has already admitted to some Aniston, er, holiday touching. But he’s onto the next thing now.

“Over Christmas [Jennifer] had a tree-trimming party that I went to. Yeah, I trimmed her bush.’

I mean, I’m nowhere near as naughty as I used to be, partly because I did a lot of that when I was drinking.

“I’m not saying I’ve cut that part out. I’m certainly no angel. There’s no smoke without fire. But, here’s the thing: while they’re accusing me of that, I’ve probably been off somewhere else doing damage with someone else.

“I’m pretty smart like that. I know how to get away with these things.”

Indeed.
