MERYL STREEP AT BABY PHAT?
If you’ve seen the fashion shows in NYC, you’ve noticed how many celebrities sit in the front row like never before.
In New York Look, The Fug Girls write about the risk fashion designers are taking by simply having “any” celebrity attend their shows simply to get celebrities in the front row.
For example, “what was Clive Owen doing at Miss Sixty in September? Does he even know what Miss Sixty is?”
They ask, “could we one day see Meryl Streep at Baby Phat?”
In the end, designers need “to reconsider cutting the checks with some semblance of common sense” before they ruin their cred in the industry.

HOW MADONNA TEASED JUSTIN TIMBERLAKE!
In the new issue of New York Magazine, Madonna talks about her steamy video with Justin Timberlake.
The video for your new single, “4 Minutes,” is a tease: “You and Justin Timberlake almost crawl into bed, then you dance. You mount him, then you dance…,” asks NY Mag.
Madonna replies, “It’s meant to be a tease, you know. You’ve only got four minutes to save the world. There’s not time for frivolous behavior!”
HOW MADONNA REALLY FEELS ABOUT NYC!
When New York Magazine reminded Madonna that she didn’t find New York exciting anymore, Madonna responded:
“People have to stop being so literal. I was referring to when I first came to New York and the convergence of the music and art scenes - I mean, my friends were Keith Haring, Andy Warhol, and Jean-Michel Basquiat. There was this crazy interface for me of art and life, and I don’t see that so much anymore in New York….”
“I’m not saying there aren’t exciting people doing exciting things. I’m pretty much being melancholic.”
MADONNA AND ANGELINA JOLIE SHARE…
When Madonna was asked by New York Magazine about people being skeptical of her and Angelina Jolie’s charity work, Madonna responded by saying, ”It’s not just celebrities. I think people are just strangely suspicious of people who want to do something good.”
