Ashlee Simpson and Pete Wentz will wed Saturday, May 17 at a top secret location, a source tells Usmagazine.com.
“…Guests have been given a save the date notice,” according to Us.
Simpson 23, and Wentz, 28, announced their engagement in April and Simpson is reportedly preggers. (US)
Well, not by the look of this cover.
But of course these photos were taken a while ago so the mystery continues!

How do you know that Richard Spencer’s In Touch had a strong sale last week?
Well, they basically have the same story this week.
In case you don’t feel like clicking through, In Touch reported that Tom & Katie were dunzo. (Inside the mag, the story detailed how the fairytale was over.)
So this week we find out….
Poor Joe Simpson!
He continues to try to make as much money off his daughters as humanly possible, according to Page 6.
He’s trying to cash in on the baby-craze trend in celebrity magazines - but he’s having a difficult time.
A magazine source told Page Six, “Joe is contacting all the weeklies and asking them to pony up $1 million to put Ashlee on the cover.” The news broke this week that Jessica’s younger sibling is pregnant with her now-fiancée Pete Wentz’s child - a claim Wentz has backed off denying.
One magazine editor said the pictures would fetch “$60,000 maybe - but definitely not a million.”
Bottom Line: Ashlee Simpson has not, does not and will not sell magazine covers. Any magazine editor that pays for these types of photos is nuts!

Last week, Keith Kelly reported sagging numbers for the entire celebrity weekly category!
In particular, In Touch Weekly is down 26 percent year-to-date on the newsstand. (In all fairness, the magazine did raise its price from $1.99 to $2.99 from the previous year.)
I predicted that we would begin to see desperate cover lines and here’s your first example. I didn’t realize it would happen so fast!

Ashlee Simpson tells Janet Giovanelli’s J-14 “I’ve always like guys that have an inner geek….I’m an inner geek myself! So I don’t take myself so seriously.”
And even though Miley Cyrus is not with anyone right now, it’s essential to have her thoughts on Spring Flings.
Cyrus tells J-14 “I need to cast one!” She admits “I check imdb.com and go through new actors.” If not an actor, Miley will turn to sports for her new man. “I want an athlete - it’s the trend,” she says.
