Brit Brit just can’t catch a break.  The popstar rear ended a Ford Explorer with her white Mercedes-Benz SL65 this afternoon in Beverly Hills.

“I think she was just distracted,” a witness tells People. “She just tapped the other car in front of her.”

Police were not involved, but the passenger in her car got out and gave the driver a business card.  The driver then followed Spears back home to get her information.

Mark Vincent Kaplan appeared on the Today Show this morning to discuss how the kids are doing and what direction the custody case is going in.

Well, at at least she has won their affection back according to the article inside Star magazine!

The magazine reports that “The boys are actually excited to go over to their Mom’s house,” says a family insider.

“They’re not afraid of her anymore.  She’s no longer taking them out into crowds, where they’ve had bad experiences.”

Candace Trunzo’s Star magazine is pretty damn proud about its exclusive Britney photos.

The mag even says “WOW! Exclusive All-New Photos!” (I can’t believe we got these photos!)

One problem - they are not as new as they appear to be.
