Anywhere BUT  New York City!

For years, everyone is talking about this housing meltdown!   Yet, there are condos being built on every street in NYC.   And the new rentals continue to be a fortune.   When will the madness stop in NYC?  Probably never. 

But Business Week says there’s a housing meltdown across the U.S. and shares why home prices could drop 25% more on average before the market finally hits bottom!

Unfortunately, we’re just NOT seeing it happen on our little island of Manhattan.  Major bummer!

Making the digitized figures red and blue for the divide in the country is clever. I think the headline is a bit long and could be a bit more dramatic. And, as an advid Facebook user - I learn that there is now a Facebook Generation! BTW- what ever happened to the MySpace Generation?
