Danyel Smith, published author and Editor in Chief of Vibe Magazine (who put Obama on their November cover and publicly endorsed him. Plus, Barack Obama wrote a letter to Vibe editors in the issue), shares with CoverAwards exclusively how she’ll be spending Election Night 2008:

Online rumorshave been swirling that Ciara is considering taking legal action against Vibe for its cover and inside photos which depict her naked. She was reportedly wearing underwear that had been airbrushed away.

The mag’s editor in chief, Danyel Smith, told New York’s KISS-FM radio station and refuted the claims saying that the magazine has not been sued and Ciara did pose naked.
