AARON ECKHART’S LIFE SECRET
Aaron Eckhart, the Dark Knight Star, admits in the new issue of Dave Zinczenko’s Men’s Health “If I want something, I just pursue it. And If I can’t have it right away, I figure out what I need to do. I’m building the life I want to live in.”
WHY MARK WALHBERG WORKS SO HARD
Why is Walhberg stressing himself out with work?
“It’s definitely a sacrifice,” says Walhberg. “But I’m in a situation where I can make choices now, so you take advantage of that….
I don’t want to have to be away when they (the kids) get older. Eventually they’ll end up getting sick of me.”
MARK WALHBERG IS…
Totally boring!
At least that what he thinks!
In the new issue of Men’s Health, Mark Walhberg says “We’re (his family) low key…If I’m home, I’m either playing golf or hanging out here. My life is boring, so there’s no story to tell.”
So that’s why you don’t see him or his kids under the constant scrutiny of the paparazzi.
MARK WALHBERG’S BODY SECRET
Remember those Calvin Klein ads?
Um, of course you do.
While Mark Walhberg wants you to think of him as an actor - he’s still Markie Mark to many of us (well at least to me) and he’s working on keeping that body.
How does he do it? Boxing!
“Boxing is one of the toughest workouts you can do. My buddies try to take my head off. I go all-out when I don’t have to worry about showing up to work with a black eye,” says Walhberg.
MEN’S HEALTH PLANS SPECIAL DIGITAL PROMO ISSUE
BREAKING NEWS: Men’s Health is planning a June/July issue that will make every ad camera phone ready, according to AdAge.
Consumers who use their cellphones to snap pics of ads will get promotional bounce-backs from marketers.
“The results — responsiveness, call to action — are measurable in a way that’s not usually available in traditional print campaigns,” said Jack Essig, VP-publisher of the Rodale title.

Men’s Health Shows Off Derek Jeter’s Biceps!
EDITOR-IN-CHIEF DAVID ZINCZENKO PICKS A PLAYER FROM THE SECOND BEST TEAM IN NY?
OK, so I’m a Met’s fan, whatever. But, when is the last time Derek Jeter ruled in the clutch? He does look good, though!
Men’s Health can do little wrong when it comes to their covers.
Lines are strong and for the most part not overwhelming. For example, they offer 12 power foods for men when the women’s monthlies would offer 200. Then there’s 10 ways to look great, not 2,000.
I do wonder why they covered up Derek’s herculean biceps with that yellow blob?
McConaughey on Cover of Men’s Health WITH HIS SHIRT ON!
HOW BIZARRE! You decide to put Matthew McConaughey on the cover of a magazine that specializes in helping men believe they can get a six-pack basically any month in the year. And, you keep him covered up? What gives?
