I picked up the latest issue of HX and couldn’t be happier for this week’s cover boy Dr. Frank Spinelli - who I’ve know for years.  He is releasing a new book this week titled The Advocate: Guide to Gay Men’s Health and Wellness.  Frank tells CoverAwards.com that the new book will be a real guide to gay men’s health and we applaud his efforts in continuously focusing on increasing awareness of gay men’s health issues.
