It’s official.

The investigation into Heath Ledger’s death is closed.

Mary-Kate Olsen, who had been under heavy press scrutiny in recent days, will not have to testify.

The probe was closed without any charges being filed.

Olsen had been subpoenaed by a federal grand jury on April 23, but her attorney had been in negotiations with federal authorities since then, a source tells People.
