The New York Post provides inside details from sources revealing why Rev. Wright said what he said.  Here are some of the excerpts:

  • “Jeremiah is trying to defend his congregation and the work of his ministry by saying what he is saying now,” the source added.
  • “Jeremiah doesn’t care if he derails Obama’s candidacy or not . . . He knows what he’s doing. Obviously, he’s not a dumb man. He knows he’s not helping.”

newyporkpost.jpg

The review are in!

Rev. Wright’s recent commentary have placed Barack Obama’s campaign in a disastrous position.

Can Barack Obama distance himself from Rev. Wright at this point?

Obama did say yesterday, “He [Wright] does not speak for me. He does not speak for the campaign, and so he may make statements in the future that don’t reflect my values or concerns.”

Is this a strong enough statement from Barack Obama?
