Katherine Jackson was granted permanent custody of Michael’s three children, Paris, Prince and Blanket, in a Los Angeles court today.

Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Mitchell Beckloff ruled that Katherine will receive monthly stipends and Debbie Rowe, biological mother of Paris and Prince, will get some visitation rights.
Objections made by an attorney representing Dr. Arnold Klein (Michael’s dermatologist and rumored father of the children) were swiftly swatted away by Beckloff who doesn’t think Klein has a legal standing to object to the care of Jackson’s children.

Katherine Jackson is worried Michael’s estate and money will be squandered by third parties who will misspend the funds. According to Katherine’s attorney, there are several people with their hands in Michael’s money and it’s making the family nervous.

Also, nobody in the family has seen Michael’s will. While it was reported today that Jackson’s lawyer uncovered one, they are not sure it really exists.

Michael Jackson’s mother, Katherine Jackson, is scheduled to appear in court today to preserve her custody rights of Michael’s three children. Usmagazine.com reported that Debbie Rowe gave up custody rights of her two children, Prince, 12, and Paris, 11, after she and Michael divorced in 1999. The third child, Prince Michael 11 was born to an unknown surrogate.
