Lauren Conrad: Bikini Body, Minus Boyfriend Layer
Lauren Conrad is on the September cover of Shape and talks about gossip on The Hills and her new clothing line for Kohl’s.
She also makes us feel fat and guilty for sloshing around with wine and food on dates. Lauren eradicated her “boyfriend layer” (i.e. tummy fat to you and me) by dragging her man, Kyle Howard, out on sweat dates.
“We like doing outdoor stuff: tennis, bike riding, kayaking, stand-up surfing, hiking in the canyons around L.A.,” says Lauren. “I just ask Kyle, ‘You feel like working out?’ It’s more fun than hitting the gym alone.”

Lauren Conrad’s L.A. Candy Movie?
Lauren Conrad’s New York Times bestseller, L.A. Candy, might be adapted into a feature film.
LC’s memoir book is about a small-town girl who moves to Hollywood to star in a reality show and then lands a job at an events company.
“We’re hoping for a movie deal,” Conrad told The New York Daily News. “I’m working on [adapting the book for the movies] right now, but I don’t want to commit to anything until I see all my options. We have had a lot of exciting news in that respect, though.”
Lauren Conrad: Dissing Heidi’s Boobs!
While we’re as tired as you of the supposed feud between Hills co-stars Lauren Conrad and Heidi Montag, we have to give LC props for keeping us entertained.
In an interview in August’s Harper’s Bazaar, Lauren didn’t bite her tongue once when asked about Montag. Below are some of our favorites.
