Kathy showed up at The Teen Choice Awards with Bristol Palin’s babby daddy, Levi Johnston. Levi, 19 and Kathy, 48 traipsed down the red carpet arm and arm.
How does Levi (who was in town shooting a Vanity Fair spread — why do we care about him again?!?!?) feel about the pairing?
“I just, you know, look at her, shut up and do what I’m told.”
Yes, Levi probably does a lot of that in general.

Levi Johnston: Sarah Palin 'Fame Got To Her Head'
Levi Johnston, Bristol Palin’s ex-boyfriend and baby daddy, conducted a good, old-fashioned trash talk session about Sarah Palin on the Today Show.
In the interview, Levi tells Ann Curry that Palin changed after the election and often said things like “lets take the money and run.” Levi thinks she let “fame get to her head.’
Meanwhile, Levi posed in GQ and wants to be an actor. Can we say pot calling the kettle black?
