What’s Martha late about?
She’s late on bringing in other “stars” into her empire.
This month’s “Everyday Food” features the initial issue with Emeril Lagasse.
While I can’t argue with Martha’s incredible success, this type of move should have been done years ago. (Like years before she went to jail - sorry to bring up a soar topic Martha!)

As you may remember, the National Enquirer announced that they were revealing Bill Clinton’s mistress. I thought they were talking about Gina Gershon but it was in fact a woman named Julie McMahon.
What makes this cover better?
Last week, Martha Stewart finally added another big star to her stable of stars (besides Martha).
According to AdAge, ”the company signed on Emeril Lagasse, the TV chef known for yelling “Bam!” and obsessively kicking things up a notch. It signed him, not incidentally, to a 10-year employment contract worth $50 million.” The goal: to finally make the company less dependent on Martha. Martha and Emeril, seen here and probably saying “We’ll drink to that!”
