Today, Tom Cruise made light of his Today show on-air fight with Matt Lauer at a Friday roast.
“Lose my number, you glib putz,” Cruise, joked during the Friar Club Roast at the New York Hilton Hotel.
“Why don’t you sit down?” Lauer shot back. “We’ll get you a booster seat!”
Cruise continued:
We watch a lot of video clips at CoverAwards, and I have to say that this is one of the best ever. Such precision, such artistry and dexterity, such perfect facial expressions from the crowd.
I see a bright future for both Matt and Al in ribbon-related athletics.
