Michael Jackson Will Update
A 2002 draft of Michael Jackson’s will has been uncovered. According to sources, his $1 billion net worth is to be divided amongst his mother, three children and charities. However, nothing was left for Michael’s father Joe Jackson.

Michael Jackson Update: Katherine Jackson Granted Guardianship, Jackson's Will Found, Drugs Probably Cause Of Death
Katherine Jackson filed for guardianship of Michael’s three children today. She was granted temporary custody until Aug. 3rd. when the court will determine if she gets permanent guardianship. Katherine is claiming biological mother Debbie Rowe has “no relationship” with the kids.
Meanwhile, TMZ.com reports that Michael Jackson’s attorney John Branca has a copy of the singer’s will.
On a sad note, the website is also claiming drugs are likely the cause of Michael’s death. In addition to the Demerol drug administered that morning, sources say there was probably another drug involved.
