This was the teams most lopsided victory SINCE 1972.

Will they do it again?

They’re on their way!

Good news Mets fans.

Shea Stadium is getting dismantled starting today.

And, it’s about time.

It will give the team a fresh start next year.  Good riddens!

But - thanks for the memories - 1969 and 1986 plus some other memorable playoff runs.

Gallery owner and East Hampton’s Ruth Vered was haled off in handcuffs after she refused to stop serving drinks Saturday evening at her art gallery, reports the NY Daily News, and then balked at cops’ orders to follow them.

“I’ve told them I’ve been doing this since before they were born [referring to the cops], said Vered, 67. “They have some nerve.”
