Paula Abdul To Host Vh-1 Divas
Well, Paula Abdul finally got a job. For one night at least.
Paula Abdul is set to host Vh-1 Divas airing on Sept 17th. Paula told Twitter: “This year’s VH1 Divas show will honor Adele, Kelly Clarkson, Jordin Sparks, Leona Lewis and Miley Cyrus- I am so excited!!”
Paula Abdul Fans Leave Angry Tweets
After news hit the web that Paula Abdul wasn’t invited back for another season of American Idol, her fans tweeted angry posts in response. Using the hash tag #keeppaula, past Idol contestants and viewers of the show expressed their outrage.
According to usmagazine.com: “Season 7’s Syesha Mercado Tweeted, “No Paula = No American Idol.” Katrina Darrell, the contestant known as “Bikini Girl” who clashed with new fourth judge Kara DioGuardi, wrote: “They don’t need a 4th judge, especially an insecure know it all kara. Keep Paula add bikini girl as 4th judge if they need.”
Paula tweeted that she was “moved 2 tears” by the response.
