The May issue of People Stylewatch features Katherine Heigl.
Why? I’m not sure because it simply says her name.
Across Katherine is a very tabloid looking banner that screams “100 Beauty Secrets — Expert Tips that Will Change Your Life.” Wow! That’s a pretty lofty promise!
OK, different star and they do have bright dresses on the March issue.
But is there really anything that different between these two covers???

And the Spring Fashion Issue for Instyle!
The main lines “Spring Fashion” is identical and the deks are very similar.
And, now that Stylewatch offers up a monthly style dish, what’s the point of carrying around InStyle or vice versa? One must be cannibalizing the other. Don’t ya think? I’d pick People’s Stylewatch cuz it’s much lighter!
Are the editors at InStyle enjoying the fact the they have a strong competitor in the same company?
