Not a bad landing for former Interview Editor-in-Chief Ingrid Sischy and her partner, Sandy Brant, who was Interview’s publisher and CEO.  Portfolio’s Jeff Bercovici reports that the duo will be joining Vanity Fair’s international editions.  Sischy and Brant resigned from Interview in January after Peter Brant, Sandy’s ex-husband, bought out her stake in the company.

Why did I post this news?  Cuz I’d find any reason to re-post this cover of Jake Gyllenhall on the cover of Italy’s Vanity Fair.

“Peter Brant, who took over Interview from ex-wife Sandy Brant last month and sent longtime Editor-in-Chief Ingrid Sischy packing, is adding staff,” according to Keith Kelly.

Glenn O’Brien, Interview’s new Editorial Director, has  hired Chris Boller from V magazine to be Interview’s Editor-in-Chief.   In addition, Alan Katz is the new group publisher overseeing Interview, Art in America and The Magazine Antiques.
