Rachel Bilson admits in the new issue of Teen Vogue, “I’m such a basics person. I think it’s great to start with the essentials and then spice them up with a purse or hat or belt.”
She adds, “I like to throw things together on a whim. I usually change a few times in the morning because I don’t think it through in advance. But I love the process.”
