Rihanna’s Fitness Tips!

Rihanna has one  highly enviable body.  The UK’s Fabulous Magazine her about how she stays so smokin’ and instead of doing the whole stereotypical famous person ”Ohh,  I am just naturally thin,” thing, she is completely upfront about how hard she works. 

Here are just a few highlights: 

-She admits that she wasn’t born a size zero and has to work out.  A lot!   She does a ton of cardio, works with a trainer and runs on the treadmill.

-”Carbs are the enemy.”  But she eats them anyway.  So do I.

-She cares about being in shape, not about what size she is.  “Sometimes I’m a 2, sometimes 4 — but what matters is being fit and healthy. Being slim makes me feel better about myself. It boosts my self-esteem, and having a toned body helps with my job because I wear a lot of skimpy costumes.”
