Conan O’Brien will take over “Tonight” in June 2009, with Jimmy Fallon moving into O’Brien’s “Late Night” chair.
“Unless I’m misunderstanding something, I don’t know why, after the job Jay has done for them, why they would relinquish that,” Letterman said, adding, “I have to believe he was not happy about it.”

Frances Bean, the fifteen year old, surprisingly stable daughter of walking trainwreck Courtney Love and the late Kurt Cobain is interning at Rolling Stone this summer.
But while most interns get coffee, run errands and secretly loathe the menial tasks they are doled out, Frances seems to be taking advantage of her family’s fame (in more ways than just getting an RS internship at 15!). A source tells Page Six, “she doesn’t get coffee for anyone . . . calls in sick all the time and wears funny outfits.”
A rep for Rolling Stone has denied the story.
