A ton of celebrities attaneded the DNC last night. Oprah stated, “I cried my eyelashes off. I think it’s the most powerful thing I have ever experienced.”
Some other stars in attendance included: Anne Hathaway, Susan Sarandon, George Lucas, Forest Whitaker, Star Jones, Daniel Dae Kim of “Lost,” Rosario Dawson, Wilmer Valderrama and Kerry Washington.
Denver will be the new Hollywood next week.
Jennifer Lopez, Ben Affleck, Charlize Theron and Rosario Dawson, according to reports, are among the stars who will invade the Democratic National Convention (kicking off Monday in Denver), where Barack Obama will officially accept his party’s nomination.
He announced, via text and on his Web site Saturday, that Sen. Joe Biden of Delaware will be his running mate.
Poor guy!
In this issue of Men’s Fitness, Jason Lewis says “I mean it (the break-up) definitely hurt my feelings. I wanted to hide my head under a pillow.”
Regarding how it played out in the press, “It’s not the greatest. But I tend not to read that stuff. I can’t be running around trying to control every little thing. It takes too much energy.”
