In this week’s Page Six Magazine, Super Bowl champ Michael Strahan discusses life on and off the gridiron, his decision not to return to the game, and how his teammates will never be able to replace him.

He also disses his former team mates.  “Oh, man, puhleeeze, [Giants middle linebacker] Antonio Pierce said publicly my leadership was overrated. I’m going to say what’s true. I don’t think they’ll be able to fill my void. From a leadership standpoint that’s going to be the hardest part to replace.”

MINOR LEAGUE SMACK DOWN

Not to be outdone by Candace Parker and the ladies of the WNBA, the Class Low-A Midwest League Peoria Chiefs and Dayton Dragons got into a massive on the filed fight which resulted in the ejection of 15 players and two managers. One player faces felony charges.

NBCU Sells 90 Percent Of Olympic Ad Units

NBC Sports has almost reached the finish line when it comes to ad sales.

NBCU TV’s networks are 90 percent sold out of their Summer Olympics inventory.

That’s $900 million worth of ad time towards its $1 billion plus goal - which, if reached, would break all previous records.
