Cindy Adams reports in today’s New York Post that Sarah Palin playing herself on SNL is a done deal.
Two weekends ago, Tina Fey’s impersonation of Sarah Palin became an instant hit. Now, sources are telling OK! Magazine that Sarah may make her own cameo on the show.
Do you think it was sexist? Or was it just comedy?
Previously, Palin responded by saying she thought it was funny and had even dressed as Tina Fey for Halloween.

In the latest string of controversies surrounding Sarah Palin, she’s refusing to release emails. What gives and what is she hiding now?
Plus, she was spoofed on Saturday Night Live, was interviewed by Charlie Gibson, and continues to be the talk of the campaign (she dominated it until today’s bad financial news.)
At least one celebrity weekly will go full cover with Sarah Palin on Wednesday!
Not at all! In fact, the Republican pick for VP, who watched it on her campaign plane, thought it was funny.
“She thought it was quite funny, particularly because she once dressed up as Tina Fey for Halloween,” her spokesperson Tracey Schmitt told CBS News.
Saturday Night Live had its highest premier since 2001.
Featuring Olympian Michael Phelps as host and Tina Fey doing her spot-on impression of VP pick Sarah Palin (above), it was also the most-watched episode since December 17, 2002, when Al Gore guest-hosted.
Very possibly!
Saturday Night Live creator and executive producer Lorne Michaels said the show is talking with Tina Fey about playing Republican vice presidential nominee Sarah Palin at some point this season, possibly as soon as this Saturday’s season premiere.
