Kanye won’t be prosecuted for assaulting a photographer at LAX airport, despite the attack happening in front of police, and caught on tape by TMZ.

Don Crowley, West’s road manager, will not face felony charges either. The case has been sent to the L.A. city attorney, where they have yet to decide if they will charge anyone with a possible misdemeanor.

Now, Harvey Levin is appearing on local affiliates across the country promoting CoverAwards’ exclusive story on Star Magazine’s photo scandal - while not crediting CoverAwards for the story.

We called TMZ and the response we got was “no comment.”

That is just WRONG!
