Tyra Bank’s Project Runway will be getting it’s first transgendered contestant this season, and self proclaimed World’s First Supermodel, Janice Dickinson, is not happy about it.

Though Tyra is getting lots of press for stepping out of the box, Janice’s show, The Janice Dickinson Modeling Agency, already had a transgendered star (see video above). “I did it on my show first with Claudia,” said Dickinson. “But you know what? There’s not going to be a moment where Tyra’s not going to knock me off, so I’m not bothered by her.”

I wonder what Barack will think.  Or Michelle for that matter.

Tyra Banks will appear on the cover of Harper’s Bazaar this September as Michelle Obama.  A spy tells Page Six, “You know how Tyra likes to do that stuff. And she’ll get a lot of press off it.”

Does any one think this is a pretty audacious of Tyra? I think I would rather see her as George Washington or Jimmy Carter.
