James Franco On VMAN

James Franco plays with fire in VMAN’s Fall issue.

According to the cover, it’s a “visual essay” (?) by James Franco and Carter. Judging by the stills, James does a bunch of butch things with weapons in parking lots. In one shot he looks like a lost Ghostbuster shooting fire from a tube attached to a back pack. He ominously lights arrows for a group of (what looks like) frustrated office workers and then covers his face in shaving cream.

Guess this is sort of like a fashion magazine Rorschach test. What do you think it means?
